The couple standing in front of Sruti in wheel chair made all the difference in granting disability certificates to PWDs in and around Rourkela through a camp in January 2005. Mrs. Sujata Rout and Mr. Karthikeyan Pandiyan went out of their respective official capcities as Project Administrator, ITDA, Rourkela and ADM, Rourkela to hold the camps against all odds and handed over the cerificates to PWDs and their parents till 10.30 PM on the second day.Dr.Sruti Mohapatra, Chairperson Orissa State Disability Network undoubtedly was the person who inspired them. These three people were ably supported by the young and willy MLA of Rourkela Sri Sharada Naik.
