Mama with Mrs. Rath at Home and Hope on 26th July 2006. Mrs. Rath has been attending Home and Hope Production Centre for the last 7 yeras as a volunteer. A woman with a mission she devotes all her spare time for the welfare of people with disabilities and loves each and everyone attending the Home and Hope Production Centre.

Incidentally both these adults with intellectual disability Viswanathan and Feroze Alam have been selected to represent India at the next International Special Olympics in Sanghai in first quarter of 2007. Viswanathan will be in Cycling Team where as Feroze will be in Hand Ball Team.

Inauguration of Harmony Hall in Home & Hope premises.

 
On 3rd December 2005, the them Managing Director of RSP, Dr. Sanak Mishra laid the foundation stone for the Harmony Hall in the premises of Home and Hope. At an estimated cost of about 9 lakh rupees, this hall was handed over to the intellectually challenged children of Home and Hope on 26th July 2006 by Mrs. Chander Lekha Jain, the first lady of SAIL (wife of Chairman SAIL Sri V S Jain. Dr. Sanak Mishra has since retired but the RSP team here were inspired enough to finish the job in record time.The photographs above are part of the programme at Home and Hope on 26th July 2006 where apart from Mrs. Jain, Mrs. Sakuntala Singh and 5 more major office bearers of Deepika Mahila Sanghati, Rourkela participated whole heartedly and promised the Secretary of Home and Hope Mr. Narayan Pati to work in unison with Home and Hope.
