These children and adults with disABILITIES probably deserve a better deal from everyone of us and the society needs to be sensitive enough to meet their needs and demands as human beings and provide them their basic rights.

High Risk Babay Clinic, Ispat General Hospital A child with developmental delay and severe behaviour problem in HRB Clinic, IGH. The child used to cry but without any tears as he found all his demands getting fulfilled by mother. S Swain
