These children and adults with disABILITIES probably deserve a better deal from everyone of us and the society needs to be sensitive enough to meet their needs and demands as human beings and provide them their basic rights.

6m old baby with developmental delay in HRB clinic
Mother couldn't bring baby for 6months for some domestic compulsions despite being advised by pediatricians. Baby has features of gross dev delay, seizure & microcephaly.
