These children and adults with disABILITIES probably deserve a better deal from everyone of us and the society needs to be sensitive enough to meet their needs and demands as human beings and provide them their basic rights.

6 m old child with seizure, cp, microcephaly & global developmental delay in HRB clinic
Parents were asked to take child to NIRTAR, Bairoi for initial guidance and later to be followed up in HRB Clinic, IGH.
