Dr. P K Nanda is an well-known Psychiartist of Rourkela and is a founder-member of Home and Hope. Even after his retirement he exposes an empathy rarely seen in other socialites of his time. Always a friend of people with disabilities Dr. Nanda still works for the welfare of the intellectually disabled in Rourkela.
