A child with seizure disorder and developmental delay. The unfortunate part is the child is being reared up by maternal grand-mother. Father has left the child's mother and left and now mother has also left the child and gone. The old lady can't support this child and has been after the concerned CBR worker to find a destitute home for her grand-child.
