Unfortunately the child has been shifted from the village to the town, given in a new school with new friends & teachers, medium of instruction changed from Odia to Hindi and forced into a hostel for last one month. The problems are quite likely.

Brought to HRB clinic by grandmother & uncle. The mother is tired of running from pillar to post for a cure. So the others in family are now taking care of this child who has cp following tbm.
